Kyle joined SRS in 2017 along with his partner Britt Raymond to spearhead the New York City office for the National Net Lease Group and accelerate growth across the east coast. Kyle has over eight years of experience in investment sales of net lease retail, medical, and industrial properties across the country. Kyle spent the first three years of his career in Marcus & Millichap’s flagship Manhattan office where he was able to work and learn from some of the firm’s top transactional brokerage professionals. Since joining SRS, Kyle has transacted over $1 billion of net lease assets throughout 28 different states. Kyle’s client base consists primarily of merchant developers, private and public institutions, family offices, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, multi-unit franchise operators, and owner/users. Kyle prides himself on his relentless will to execute on behalf of his clients and holding himself to the highest standard of client service. He is constantly expanding his professional network and growing his database of qualified investors nationwide.
