Daniel de Sa’ is a founding member of HMX Realty Advisors and the Director of Sales since 2009. Dan has sold hundreds of single-tenant net lease as well as shopping center properties, nationally. Some of Dan’s notable sales include portfolio dispositions for REITS and large family offices. He has overseen net lease and shopping center sales throughout the US. Dan worked at Kimco Exchange Place (www.kimco1031.com) from 2004 to 2009, where he was responsible for the disposition of single tenant net lease properties. His background provides HMX’s clients with critical experience in real estate matters, as they evaluate purchase and sale decisions; and leadership at the firm in its strategic choices. Dan studied at Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel and the University of Hartford in Connecticut.
