HMX Realty Advisors is an investment sales business specializing in triple net leased retail and shopping center properties nationally. HMX exclusively represents owners, to sell their property into the investment and 1031 exchange markets, as well as representing buyers looking for high quality replacement properties nationally. HMX has a specialization in single tenant NNN retail, shopping centers, 1031 exchange, sale leasebacks, ground leases and zero cash flow property. HMX Realty Advisors is the former Kimco Exchange Place (www.kimco1031.com). At Kimco, the HMX team sold hundreds of single tenant triple net and shopping center properties valued at one billion dollars. Kimco Exchange Place was the single tenant triple net brokerage and 1031 exchange division of Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM), the nation’s largest owner of neighborhood and community shopping centers. In 2009 the team spun out and renamed the business HMX Realty Advisors and HMX has since closed over hundreds of additional sale transactions.
