SRS is the largest retail estate firm in North America exclusively focused on retail services, of which Matthew is a member of the board. The firm has a track record spanning over 30 years and billions in transaction volume, and represents over 400 retailers throughout the country. Matthew currently manages a team of over 75 professionals.

Patrick joined SRS in 2016 with more than 10 years of transactional brokerage experience in the commercial real estate industry and over $1 billion in closed transactions, representing over 300 individual properties. Along with Matthew Mousavi, Patrick co-founded and leads the National Net Lease Group at SRS, the exclusive net lease capital markets platform within SRS, comprised of more than 75 professionals handling all net lease transactions for the firm nationally. He focuses on all types of single-tenant, NNN-leased investments, including national portfolios.

Frank Rogers joined the National Net Lease Group as first vice president in the Detroit office in 2018. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased investment properties. Frank joined SRS with more than five years of retail investment sales experience. At his previous firm, Frank was responsible for the management of his clients’ real estate portfolios across the nation, for which he advised them on the best course of action for their investments. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Frank worked as a manufacturing group leader and production support engineer for Gentex Corporation, one of the largest global manufacturing suppliers

Michael Carter joined the National Net Lease Group as first vice president in the Detroit office in 2018. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net-leased investment properties. Michael joined SRS with seven years of retail investment sales experience. Prior to joining SRS, he served as senior director with his previous firm. Michael’s deep understanding of the net lease industry and constantly growing market knowledge has earned him several opportunities to work with national and regional developers, publicly traded REITs, and private investors. His success is in large part thanks to his ability to cultivate strong client relationships and hi
