Mr. Hollenbeck has an extensive history in the sale of retail properties through his past and current career experience at a national development company. Since moving to commercial retail brokerage, he completed over 1,000 transactions totaling nearly five million square feet and valued at over $1 billion. Mr. Hollenbeck is heavily involved in the sale of single-tenant investment properties throughout Arizona and across the U.S. Mr.
