Hedrick joined Newmark in 2017 to become a founding partner of the Newmark Net Lease Capital Markets. He brings more than 15 years of expertise closing over 325 single tenant deals for more than $5.75B in sales. Some of his notable transactions include the sale of the United Nations office building in Manhattan, GSA-FBI office building in Hawaii, Amazon datacenter in Virginia, more than 76 FedEx distribution facilities and more than 45 Tractor Supply Co.-leased properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining NKF, Ken spent 13 years as a Managing Director with Stan Johnson Company and 7 years with IBM as the West Region Sales Manager for the data storage division.
