Gabriel Britti, Senior Managing Director of Investments, co-founded the Issenberg Britti Group in 2009 and is a Senior Director of the National Retail Group and Associate Director of the Net Leased Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He has also structured sale-leaseback programs for some of the largest private companies in the country. Gabriel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami. He is also active with the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Florida Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association. Since 2009, Gabriel has sold more than 800 properties for a value of $2.5 Billion, has generated over $4 billion in qualified offers, and has evaluated more than $10 billion of commercial assets for clients.
