Ara H. Prior to SRS Ara worked with Strategic Development Advisors where he was directly involved in over $115 million worth of retail investment transactions and over $30 million in retail development sites which he sourced for developer clients equating to over $60 million in retail development project values. With an extensive background in valuation and retail development, he is particularly adept at sourcing retail opportunities with value-add potential for redevelopment or repositioning.
