Kyle specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and net-leased investment sales throughout the United States. Through his substantial market research, knowledge, and genuine interest in each client’s specific needs, he is able to advise clients to hit their investment goals and maximize their results. Kyle joined Secure Net Lease in 2021 from Marcus & Millichap where he started in 2018 as an agent in the Dallas office. He received the Marcus & Millichap Pace Setter award in 2018, an award bestowed upon new agents who meet a high standard of performance during their first 16 weeks following training. Kyle worked with a top-producing group that closed 120+ transactions in the past two years. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap in 2018, he worked for Endeavor Real Estate and Southwest Strategies Group in Austin, TX. Kyle graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance.
