Adam is a Vice Chairman with Colliers International with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Adam has been a Las Vegas resident since 1988 and has deeply rooted connections within the real estate and business development community, maintaining strong political ties in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Clark County municipalities. His focus at Colliers is developing and maintaining relationships with private and institutional buyers and sellers on a national scale. Adam began his real estate career in 2004 at the Las Vegas Development Company where he managed the development, construction, and leasing of the Marcello Marketplace and several other retail projects. Adam previously served as Vice President with both Colliers International and The Equity Group where he managed high profile tenant and landlord representation while working to further each company's REO, Special Servicing, and Investment Sales divisions. In 2015, Adam and partners founded Logic Commercial Real Estate where he served as partner for 7 years. During his tenure, Adam's strategic approach and long-term vision have helped investors gain access to unique opportunities – and achieve sizeable results – establishing national record-setting cap rates while helping shape the retail landscape in Las Vegas.
