Jack France serves as Associate and the Triple Net Specialist for the Institutional Capital Markets Group in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Jack is a member of the Capital Markets Team, Net Leased Group, and Industrial Services Group. His specialization encompasses the acquisition, disposition, and capitalization of credit tenant retail and industrial properties nationally. Prior to working with Colliers, Jack was the business development & acquisition manager for a private investment group based out of Los Angeles, where he focused on blend and extend opportunities in triple net assets. Jack received his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and he prides himself on providing a consultative approach to relationship management, and advisory strategies. Jack studied Real Estate Finance at Indiana University where he graduated from the Kelley School of Business.
