Jeremie Johnson specializes in the representation of clients buying and selling single & multi-tenant retail, and office properties. Jeremie joined Marcus & Millichap in January 2010 and brings over twelve years of experience in commercial real estate and development to the table. Jeremie brings extensive knowledge of site selection, construction costs and time lines in addition to his understanding of investment brokerage. Previously, Jeremie led expansion of national retail company that spanned over 22 states with 64 locations. Jeremie was promoted to First Vice President Investments in July 2017. Jeremie's education background consists of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he received a degree in Management of Technical Operations and Safety Program Management as well as Business Administration. He is a member of ICSC and heavily involved in coaching a baseball travel team. Jeremie and his wife Abbey reside in Danville, IN with son Nikolas, daughters Gracie, Kiersten, Lexie and Karin and grandson, Decker.
