Chance brings 11 years of commercial real estate experience to Trinity Real Estate Investment Services. He started his career in 2009 as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in single tenant investment sales for the next 8 years. In 2017, Chance, as well as five other partners founded Trinity Real Estate Investment Services in Fort Worth, Texas. Chance specializes in single tenant Dollar Stores nationwide and mentors our junior agents by assisting with underwriting, phone calls and evaluating deals.
