Sam brings extensive experience in marketing investment properties, structuring sale-leaseback transactions, representing private buyers in the acquisition of investment properties and facilitating 1031/1033 exchanges. Sam is a North Carolina native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
