Damien Andrew Yoder is a real estate investment advisor specializing in the disposition of single-tenant net leased and multi-tenant retail investments throughout the Midwestern United States. Damien joined Marcus & Millichap in the summer of 2011 and brings a unique financial perspective to the investment brokerage business. Damien's previous experience in accounting and finance allows him to provide his clients with a high-level of financial analysis and strategic real estate advisory services, such as Sale-Leasebacks, portfolio valuations and tax-deferred exchanges. He also has over seven years of experience in real estate property management during and after attending college. Mr. Yoder is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute's Young Leader's Group (ULI), and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA). Damien graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a degree in finance and real estate-finance. He currently lives and works in Carmel.
