Marcus joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015, focusing on local high street retail assets as well as single tenant properties nationwide. Since then, Marcus has listed and sold retail properties ranging from urban core retail investments to casual dining, QSR and auto parts throughout the United States. Marcus has joined the Sambazis Retail Group, focusing on business development as well as sale-leasebacks nationwide. In his free time Marcus enjoys golfing, hunting and fishing, training muay thai kickboxing, attending mixed martial arts and other sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. Marcus is also a graduate of the University of Arizona and is a native of San Diego, CA.
