During his time in the industry, Cory has observed a significant shift of private equity groups and smaller funds increasingly investing in industrial assets, along with interest in industrial-focused funds. He manages on-market as well as off-market listings for 1031 buyers, value-add funds, and long-term sale-leasebacks.
Driven by a desire to work more closely with investments and clients, Cory began specializing in quick service restaurants (QSRs) and shifted his focus to industrial and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets. Cory believes collaboration between retail and industrial brokers is essential, as they share the common goal of completing deals that satisfy all parties. He navigates obstacles to ensure the success of every transaction, with the goal of both sides in a transaction feeling they are gaining value.
