Alex is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Alex has specialized in quick-service restaurant (QSR)/casual dining restaurant assets and worked with operators on sale-leasebacks. With years of experience as a commercial real estate advisor, Alex has represented clients nationwide. He is well versed in all single tenant retail, with extensive experience in the Southeast, where he has lived and worked his entire life. Alex's approach to work involves the personal touch of interacting directly with clients on the phone or in person to discuss any issues or questions.
