Jack Collins serves as an associate vice president on Northmarq’s Chicago retail investment sales team. Jack specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single tenant retail properties for a wide range of real estate institutions, developers, private equity groups, operators and private investors. Jack's dedication to maximize value through his straightforward and detail-oriented approach is what makes him a tremendous asset to his clients. Recognized for his honesty and execution, Jack can always be looked to as a dependable resource no matter the size or complexity of the transaction. Prior to Northmarq, Jack served as an associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. in Austin, Texas and Chicago, Illinois, where he was one of the office’s first agents and helped expand their retail presence in the Chicago area. Jack began by specializing in the sale of auto parts stores nationally and accomplished some very noteworthy transactions while focusing on the sector. Jack then moved toward expanding into all retail sectors. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and is a licensed broker in the state of Illinois, as well as a sales agent in Texas. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
