Richard joined the Klink Group in 2017 after spending four years working on Marcus & Millichap's top-producing Office & Industrial Properties Group team in the firm's Miami & Fort Lauderdale offices. During his first two years as a junior associate throughout South Florida, completing more than $150 million in office & industrial and retail representative assignments in that time frame. Richard focuses on multi-tenant retail shopping centers and office and industrial properties in Indiana and Kentucky. He graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate and Economics.
